We stopped by for dinner and were quite satisfied. The selection of meals is maybe too wide, which is reflected in their average quality. Very nice service.

Our food was very tastefully. They offer standard european food for example cutlets, most of the meals are made with mustard (the theme of the restaurant) and they offer exlusive creation also with mustard (recomended) the servise was friendly and attentive

We waited very long for even a question what we want to drink. Food was unreasonably expensive for it's taste etc. "Bohemian dumpling" weren't homemade, which would I really expected, as it wasnt cheap food. Fake dumplings are really horrible thing. And the "mustard" part was very small. We were very disappointed.

The waitress was very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed sampling some different German beers and there was a whole specials page for dishes made with pfefferlinges, locally foraged mushrooms. Yum!

With the country's best mustard coming from Bautzen, it is only appropriate for this beautiful hidden gem of a town to have a whole restaurant dedicated to it - and what a treat it is! The cuisine is absolutely fantastic (more Fine Dining than pub grub) and a wonderful inspiration on how versatile humble mustard can be. Visit for a... More

While driving from Breslau to Leipzig we stopped for lunch in the East German town of Bautzen, renowned as a mustard manufacturing center. Our lunch was delightful. Although most of the dishes were pork or foul, I had no trouble ordering a delicious fresh large salad, with a side of boiled potatoes. Both dishes were flavored with the house-made mustard... More

This a a newly renovated german "Kneipe" (=Pub). Everything they serve has to do with mustard. One of Germany's most famous mustard trademarks come from Bautzen and this is the place to go to try cold or warm food, but everything with mustard. We had some nice cold meat with sandwiches and a very nicely pored draft beer. This is... More
