This is a really great, traditional and old tabanco just off the Plaza Arenal. The food is superb, and cheap, the flamenco is brilliant, and the sherry served straight from the barrel is superb, and cheap. All in all a wonderful must do experience. The...More

We went to a flamenco show as part of a flamenco festival. The singer showed so much emotion and the dancer was awesome in her use of such a small stage. We reserved a table which was a good idea as it got very busy....More

This is a very busy place every night by all accounts, it certainly was on my visit, I was fortunate to have a table booked for me many days in advance, giving a close up view of the flamenco singing and dancing just a few...More

This place gets very busy in the evening and it's difficult to find a table (most of them are reserved for the Flamenco show at 21.30). The tapas are very basic, but there's a good selection of sherry to try.

There is sherry on tap. There are increíble tapas and the “Black sausage” is melt in your mouth delicious. The flamenco show was beyond fantastic. It was powerful, exciting, and moving. The strength and force of these incredible and talented women will move you to...More

The atmosphere was sensational. The place was crowded and you had to elbow your way to the bar but it reeked of old fashioned Spain. The bar guys scrawling the bill in chalk on the bar top was so good. Food was excellent and beer...More

I almost don´t want everyone to go there, because it is unspoiled and not very turisty, BUT it is magical! The service is okay, but the tapas are great and at a good price. They taste wonderful. The flamenco is impressive, and it you book...More

The gem of the town! A very old tapas bar selling excellent tapas and sherries from huge barrels at very low prices. Live flamenco just about every night, with guitar-&-singer some nights, with dancer some nights. She was FABULOUS 2nd time we went. Great atmosphere-...More

Most notable for its free flamenco shows each night and as it's free, there are loads of Spanish people there...which is good because it ain't obviously aimed at tourists. You'll have to drink sherry (or beer) but what would you expect in a locals' bar...More

Some tables had been reserved near the stage. You can go early and just stand at the back near the bar. Does get very crowded and the venue is small.

Normally El Pasaje´s Flamenco show is not everyday - usually Thursday, Friday, Sat Sun. Though there is a good chance that during the Flamenco Festival they will offer more days / times. There is information on the doors... More
