While my sister and I were last minute shopping for tourist gifts my husband found this place for us to have lunch. He might have read about it previously as he usually does some research before we go on holiday but I'm glad he found it, not far from the market. We ordered a selection of tapas for 4 of... More

Such a famous place, always packed and a total disaster! Horrible service, what actually is rare to find in Spain. Spanish people are usually friendly and always longing to help. But not in this place. First he pretended not to understand me, and told me that in such a rude way, then the potato salad with olive oil was so... More

We have been to Jerez many times and have now finally discovered Tabanco San Pablo! On our most recent trip we frequented this gem 3 times. Service is great (auto-servicio), and the tapas were excellent! The montaditos are the best in town!

Barrels on site. Traditional Jerez tapas. Friendly staff. Just off the Plaza. Value prices. Went back for more the following day.

I have no idea how I found this. Was wandering and came across this place . Liked the tapas a lot. I think a MUST VISIT PLACE in Jerez.

Great tapas place hidden off the main roads. Friendly, nice atmosphere, good food. What more could you want!

This old tabanco was recommended by our hotel which was very close by. It is a typical old Spanish bar with barrels which in this city contain sherry. We had good tapas.

Situated in a beautiful, typically narrow, quiet and winding street, this bar is brimming with locals. The perfect spot to cool down on a hot summer night It's difficult to get a table after 10 pm and it's full until around 1am. We ate plenty of delicious tapas, drank 2 bottles of cava and beers as well as trying the... More

Tabancos are the original sherry bars. Its so cheap and atmospheric you should not miss this Spanish treat - tapas come on a sheet of greaseproof paper and the advertised entertainment was very late (that's Spanish time) giving you even more time for another sherry. I wouldn't have missed it for the world!

It was lunchtime on a Friday when we came upon this busy, lively bar. The waiters rushed to serve groups of people both inside and out on the street - a very professional operation in a traditional place. Finos and other wines from the barrel were available plus beers and the usual drinks. Plenty of tapas which we enjoyed too.... More
