My visit to Sacha Huaska was deff considered one of the most delightful and tasty from my stay in Santa Cruz, my Dad and I went there for his bday, and the service was completely perfect, the waiters and waitress are constantly checking on you and explaining every single dish, we completely loved it. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Santa Cruz. The atmosphere is gorgeous and elegant!

Came for lunch with my family and was extremely satisfied with the experience! Ambiance, service, and food was amazing, a 10/10 experience. I ordered a chicha morada and “Planchita de Mar” as my meal, it was so flavorful and delicious if you like seafood I highly recommend this dish or any of their ceviches. I had a few bites of everyone else’s dishes too and they were all great. Service was excellent and our waiter was very friendly and did a great job explaining the dishes, answering any questions and accommodating any requests.

Excellent service, exceptional food. Without a doubt a place that cannot be missed to visit. All the staff are very attentive, from the person who lets you down to the baristas and waiters. We ordered a sea plank and Maki Acevichado that came in good proportions and with a great flavor

Probably the best restaurant in SCZ, excellent food and excellent service. Well presented and very tasty food, very attentive waiters (Jhonan gave us excellent attention) and give the best recommendations. Very nice drinks too. And the place itself very nice and picturesque. We love going to Sacha :)

Sacha'a is a beautiful Peruvian restaurant, with inside and outside dinning on the River, in a small mall.

A very cozy place, incredible service, Jonathan treated us very well and his menu recommendations were incredible. The delicious main course, Ceviche Tigre. The dessert was delicious, a delicacy coulant, but the combination of flavors could be improved a little more. The rest was excellent, the complimentary snack before the food arrived was delicious! We ordered two dishes, two juices and a dessert. The dishes were delicious and the dessert (creme brule) was unbeatable. The juices tasted great, but the texture was a little stringy. I recommend blending the coconut cream with pineapple juice obtained with an extractor.
Overall it was an exceptional experience.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant.
The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made the night memorable. Alex’s cocktails were a standout, creative, balanced, and full of flavor. The food was outstanding, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with taste. I only wish they offered a tasting menu to try even more of their creations.
