We three middle aged British guys had noticed this beachfront restaurant on our shoreline wanderings after sunset on the Friday 17 evening, popped in, looked at the menu (see pics) chatted to Abundio, the friendly boss and said we would return in the daylight to eat his seafood and admire the view. {I got back to Posada Amor and looked... I had not tried ceviche before and I love margaritas - so this place was recommended. It did not fail. Awesome seafood and drinks. Sat by the sidewalk and could see all that was going on. Serenaded by minstrels from other table. Guac was awesome! Salsa is freaking hot - but fresh. Mix the salsa and guac together and it... More

Food was good but what I liked best was the room. I'm not a fan of sitting in the sand so their open room right on the water was perfect for me. Don't go too late in the evening though as this, and many other restaurants, are winding down by 9pm.

We were on a cruise, and our port shopping consultant Linda highly recommended this place. We had fantastic service. My husband had a margarita, and I had a peach daiquiris. We thoroughly enjoyed our food (chicken tacos and chicken fajitas), and the people were so nice. If we ever come back through, we will definitely eat here again.

The food was well prepared, the service was excellent, view magnificent. I had the garlic butter fish (grouper). The marguerita was not too sweet. Great experience.

Late lunch, on sparling blue day and had quick, kind service. The grilled grouper with garlic was fine, if bland, not much garlic. Same for the grilled shrimp. The guacamole was fresh and tasty and glad that salt was there to add to our differnet tastes. The waiter was very helpful and quick to respond to our requests. Nice place.

On the way back home we decided to stop for dessert, I had the lemon pie and my sister had the 3 milk cake. Both were very good and tasty.

We had one meal here at dinner time. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere. We sat right near the sidewalk and it had an open air type of feel to it. Good view of the water and ferries going in and out. Food was good and everyone liked their meals and there was eight of us. Drinks were good as well.... More

This place has a great patio on the ocean but I doubt it will win any culinary awards, even though the fresh grilled fish in garlic butter was quite tasty, the octopus ceviche was like rubber. There are other good choices in the area for food, but it's hard to beat the view.
