Took a long time for orders to be taken and food served. My wife and sons food arrived minus rice. My food didn't arrive until my family were half way through eating theirs, despite numerous requests. New kitchen staff blamed for delay. Very disappointed. Only saving grace is that the food is good.

Lovely welcome and shown to our table under the lighter tree. Delicious lunch and super service. We have never been disappointed here and we've been visiting for years . A thoroughly enjoyable time.

Last night dined at this place with 5 other peers. We were all very dissapointed with the food in all areas. It was very expensive e.g £12 for soft noodles that was barely enough for 1 person. The portions for all were dire. All were hungry after starter and main meal. All "spicey" or "chili" food was all bland even... More

Just got back from a delightful impromptu lunch with my husband. Was it worth the 45 minutes round trip .....YES it definitely was! We had the 2 course lunch which was more than adequate. The platter had a good mixture to satisfy most Chinese lovers. Spring roll, prawn crackers & toast with a few additional unusual beef dumpling and pickled... More

Had lunch here and was surprised at the value of the meal. We chose the value Lunch two courses for £9:95 which was great value. The food was very good and the service was great. We had about four waiters serving our table

The restaurant holds its own in a place teeming with choice. It's a little oasis of calm in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the busiest shopping experience in the North West. The Crispy Aromatic Duck is a must-have!

Went here for a meal on a Friday evening with my husband. We hadn't booked a table in advance and the restaurant was busy but we didn't have to wait too long for a table. The food was fantastic and the portion sizes were generous - we did leave some of what we ordered! I loved the decor in the... More

If you love dim sum you must go here. I go here on my own - (female) and get to enjoy the food uninterrupted by conversation or distraction. Love it - and the cups of English tea are very nice too.

The 10 minute wait was no issue at all as we know this restaurant is promising for its authentic Chinese food. Although this is more of a pricey restaurant I don't mind paying as I know the service and food is exceptional. Carl the server was great. I'm on a specific diet and he gave me perfect recommendations, even changed... More
