In a small Borgo close to San Felice Circeo, excellent food and courtesy of people make this place a must go not only during summertime. First dishes are very good as is also meat (I understand they have a butchery nearby and most of meat...products are their own. Desserts too were very good. Classic place but everything, from reservations, confirmation its is fully digitized and up to date, with even a sort of fidelity program.More

Very friendly, smiling and helpful staff. The antipasti was very good and well explained. The meat was delicious, and the vegetables were just as tasty. For meat lovers this place is a must, and if in your group there is a vegetarian he can accompany...you. There are also dishes to satisfy him.More

Excellent food, mostly home-made products directly from the owner’s family farm. Meat is great, I really appreciate the juicy and tender buffalo. Delicious desserts, especially tiramisù. Friendly, helpful staff. The prices are very reasonable too.

This is a meat place! And it is one of those places one discovers only rarely. It's in Borgo Montenero, which is part of San Felice Circeo, but away from the main part of town. Set your GPS, but be prepared to stop for directions...toward the end--it's worth it. Just when you think you took a wrong turn at the end of the earth, you will happen upon a filled parking lot. The interior is recently renovated and very pleasant. A butcher counter by the entrance displays the cuts of meat on offer. (They raise their own beef and bufala--a bufala is a Mediterranean buffalo). When we arrived, the owner took great pains to find us a table that pleased us. Service was polite and prompt. The staff operated as a team, so there was never a wait for anything. The menu centered around, well, beef and bufala. One feature was a 700 gram--that's 25 ounces--steak! I settled for a somewhat more modest beefsteak with an excellent salad. My wife and our friend took the bufala sausage, served on the skewer, with broccoli rabe. The meat dishes come with a unique garnish of what was described as fried spaghetti--very good. The final bill was altogether reasonable. Everything was excellent, and we will certainly be backMore

Superb meat from the fire grill. A wide variety of different meat dishes. All perfectly prepared....and fun to watch. The service and people are very helpful and friendly. The home made tiramisu is a real challenge....

In a small suburb of San Felice, one of the original Borghi built during the works for drying the swamps in the 20's, a nice restaurant, friendly staff. Good and imaginative appetisers, good meat and selection of wines

The restaurant is very simple but cosy. As soon as you get in, you find the barbecue and a table with all home -made products directly from the owners' family farm. Big Alessandro welcomes you with his beautiful smile and takes you to the best...table. Everything in the menu is good, fresh and tasty, never usual from the meat (especially the juicy and tender buffalo) to the vegetables and cakes. The owners are young brothers, they are a perfect team, professional and generous. I'll visit them whenever I'm around.More
