We'd been in this pub for a drink a few years ago and thought it well worth a return visit ( a review in the i newspaper reminded us). Four of us ate a great meal, washed down with locally brewed beer. Well worth the...More

This is a proper pub selling good honest food right on the beach. I came on my own in January and loved it so much I brought my partner. Comforting with a great atmosphere. We had lunch then walked along the beach in the July...More

Cracking little pub this, even has its own micro-brewery. Another bonus, as with most pubs in Northumbria, it's dog friendly. Served food 12-2.30, then most evenings as well. Defo worth a visit if in this beautiful part of the country.

One of the best pubs around. Great beer and super local food choices. Rustic but highly atmospheric. Well worth several visits!

Lovely friendly pub with amazing views. Good selection of beers. Dogs welcomed. Situated on a green by the best beach I have seen in a long time. Great to relax after a lovely day.

We visited for lunch as did half the population of Northumberland! The menu was mainly local seafood. The pub is very basic , not my idea of a holiday lunch stop but no doubt beer enthusiasts would think it was great. They have their own...More
