You don't go here for the ambience nor do you go here for a long dinner but you do go here for the Laksa and it is the best in Canberra!

I was visiting Canberra for business and for once we weren't there for a Monday night when this place is closed. I ordered the combination laksa which was tasty. Simple service, décor but the food is good. Will return again!

I live in Singapore so I can say two things. One, the food is great and two, paying >$10 for chicken rice is an abomination. But tasty.

Great laksa and all round great Thai, Lao style Asian food. The service is efficient and friendly. Great value for money and if you in a rush, no worries as the food comes out quickly. Great place for a casual dinner with friends or family. My go to place when I can't decide.

We used to eat regularly at Dickson Asian Noodle House when we lived in Canberra, but after our last visit, won't go back again. As always, the place was crowded, but now, the staff members we dealt with do not seem to be familiar with the menu and were slow in navigating the ordering process. The Princess ordered Char Kway... I work in the area and have eaten here many a time and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is nothing to really look at but they continually produce good food and it's we'll patronised. Great laksas and pad Thais.

Popped in for a quick bite as our favourite Vietnamese restaurant was closed and we were glad we did! Now we have the dilemma of "where do we eat?" Well it won't matter as the Asian Noodle House serves up many beautiful dishes. The chicken chilli Thai basil was awesome and the Fried Rice was superb. They're a very friendly... More
