We had never tried Sushi Train before and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were lovely and the food was great. Loved the idea of different prices for different coloured plates. We returned a second time but found the variety wasn't as diverse as our first visit, perhaps it was the timing but we were a little disappointed. Still recommend... More

Ate here cos it was the first restaurant my family chanced upon and my little boy was hungry, after arriving in Sydney and while we were waiting for our room to be ready for check in. Average sushi and udon. Decent food, nothing to shout about. Good service. Costs about $50 for a simple lunch for 2 adults.

A very convenient restaurant with a take away window too. Lots of people at the sushi train and often big line ups at the window. The service is fast and efficient, and the is food fresh and tasty.

Came here on a whim before the movies. Slow service and very standard almost bordering on plain Sushi would mean I would not return, Also only white wine on the menu, no red! Not good.

Watching Japanese chefs handle and prepare food is a pleasure in itself. The fare is treated with a degree of care and reverence that reflects, in my mind at least, the inherent value, of the resources we catch in the sea, or farm. The service is friendly and quick. Cost about AUD$60 for two. We had mix of sushi, sashimi,... More

I had a short period of time to grab some lunch and I'm really trying to stay away from fast food. Sushi Roll was just outside my hotel and it was tasty and inexpensive. The food tasted fresh. The only challenge was that there isn't any where to sit with their particular booth. If you're in a hurry this is... More

Visited for lunch on Tuesday and it was really busy. The staff squeezed 3 people into a small booth which really only fit 2 people. There was no space for bags. We had to get our own menus and wait to have our order taken. The food was average. I had the soft shell crab hand roll and inari. The... More

We took a special box for about 17 dollars and we have been satisfied. We were full enough and it was quite tasty. The cost of one beer is about 6 - 9 dollars each, so on the average. The food is good, they cook in front of you so it is nice. The environment is nice. I recommend the... More

Two years ago the food at this Sushi Roll was absolutely outstanding and we ate there for four nights straight. Last year we were advised selection had changed and was not as good. So we went to another Japanese Sushi train. Last night however, we thought we would judge for ourselves. Food and selection was good. Not outstanding, lacked WOW... More
