This was my 3rd visit to Baxters. Hidden away off Clarence St. It has always been packed, the later you go the harder to get a seat especially if there is a few in your group. There is a constant hum of conversation, the music...More

Pub type food but well presented and staff were pleasant. Prices are a bit high but is expected for a touristy vineyard.

Fun, vibrant bar with plenty of drink choices and good music. Very positive bar staff and good service. Free pretzels were a smart idea too. Not too keen on having to line up to get in though.

Went to The Baxter a few years ago and could not believe what we walked into, great atmosphere and selection of Whisky's is unbeatable. Get there early as it gets very busy and you have to queue. This is the "Hidden Gem" we visit every...More

I'm not much of a whisky fan myself, I always order a red wine or the delicious freshly juiced apple and vodka, but I've been here with a few fanatics and they always rave over the quality and selection. The staff are also super friendly,...More

This place is a must for us if we are staying in Sydney CBD for any reason. There are whiskies from around the globe and some very rare bottles from silent distilleries. They also make some mean whisky based cocktails. Not just whisky though but...More

It was the most intriguing bar I've ever been to. Special atmosphere, the bar looked great and the staff was super friendly. Great cocktails choices as well as whiskies and scotches if you like them oh and beers too! 👍🏻

Went with friends one rainy night, lucky the line to get in was short. The place was packed, if you have friends or family come to visit this place is a must.

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens
