We stopped here one evening to try the special ice cream served here. You can see your ice cream being made while you wait. It's an interesting experience for sure if a bit pricey. By the way, the address as listed is incorrect. It is 10 Dixon.

Came here for dessert after dinner. The range of flavours were great. We ended up getting some sort of Creme Brulee gelato and a white choc cookie mugcake gelato. Both were incredibly nice, but the Creme Brulee option was the best of the two. Staff are friendly and watching them make the gelato with the liquid nitrogen and all the... More

We watched them making this ice cream and just had to try some and we were not disappointed. It was a bit of fun and delicious! Apparently they have different flavours all the time. We had the Creme brûlée....so yummy! It was also nice looking at the excited/happy faces of the adults receiving and eating their ice creams. Very much... More

Unique flavours and varied combinations of many ingredients - each one is worth a try! I walked by here 2 nights in a row and was surprised to find different flavours. They're quite heavy so it's good to have a lighter dinner if you're having this for dessert. As someone who doesn't live in Sydney, the novelty hasn't worn off... More

Went on a Wednesday night thinking it wouldn't be crowded- was very wrong! Super long lines, but as they make batches of the ice creams they an churn out quite a few flavours fairly quickly. Took about 15mins to be served and then another 5mins to put the 4 ice creams in cups. Limited flavour range, I highly recommend the... More

You know what? This place didn't impress me. We had the salted caramel/rum and the marshmallow, vanilla and chocolate cake. The salted caramel was nice. I found the rum overpowering. The marshmallow really impressed my 9yo and the vanilla and cake was nice, but overall it was underwhelming. I mean, I've had just as good icecream any number of other... More

Absolutely lovely ice cream bar, with some of the best gelato in Sydney. Fantastic atmosphere, with lovely pictures always on the wall! Be careful on busy days though, it might take a while to be served

Our daughter brought us here for dessert after dining nearby. Simply YUM. I had a coconut lychee gelato, while the others ate other flavours. Its a good thing this place is not close to where I live or I would be here too often. You can watch them making your order as each one is made as you order. I'm... More

Taste is amazing and they have gluten free options which I really appreciate. You have to wait a while sometimes because they make your ice-cream in front of you but it is worth it, it's delicious.

Description
We use liquid nitrogen to flash freeze gelato, right in front of your eyes. The result is a smooth, fresh-from-the-churner gelato sundae made just for you. We don't do skinny, fat free desserts. We are shamelessly indulgent and make no apologies..

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
