Est. Is a large impressive space on level 1 in the Establishment complex. Tables are well spaced so you can talk without concern of being overheard. It’s a good choice, whether you are a business group or ‘beautiful people’. Everyone seemed to be having fun....More

Great service and food but glad I wasn’t paying. Caters well for large groups and did have a hiccup with desserts but food in general was amazing.

This was my husband and my third visit to EST and it never fails to be perfect. The food was wonderful and the service professional and knowledgeable. The price is high, but the quality and taste is worth every cent.

We weren’t expecting EST to be such a high class establishment. Had we known, we would have chosen someplace else. Unfortunately, the information on web and social media did not reveal important things like the cost of individual dishes or the tasting menus, and the...More

Silver service to the maximum. Waiters putting all the plates down at the same time. I was on a date and let's just say the experience worked. Well worth the money

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens

Sorry for the delayed response but the regular reservation is fine. As Michael has said it takes a couple of hours but definitely worth it. Also try the oysters at the beginning with their special vinaigrette. Very delicious.

Set within a beautiful heritage dining room with soaring white columns and luxurious accoutrements, est. delivers dining on a grand scale. Executive head chef Peter Doyle is renowned for his trademark contemporary Australian food, which is uncluttered, seasonally driven and executed with French-influenced precision. Supporting Peter is Jacob Davey, whom was hand picked for the distinguished est. team after winning the Young Australian Chef of the Year at the Electrolux Appetite for Excellence Award in 2013. Add award winning service and an acclaimed wine list personally selected by Franck Moreau MS, and you just know est. is going to be a dining experience not to be missed and long remembered.
