We dined at Nick's Seafood Restaurant in June for the seafood and also the Vivid Light Show at Darling Harbour. We had a table at the front with a great view of the light extravaganza with accompanying music. We shared an entrée and both had...More

We enjoyed sharing 2 entrée size dishes as we watched the lights come on around Darling Harbour. Excellent service added to the pleasure of the evening.

We visited here especially for the seafood platter hoping that we were going to get a huge plate of nice juicy fresh seafood. Unfortunately what we got was not particularly nice juicy or fresh. Too much breaded/ battered stuff all sitting on a big pile...More

After our Capt Cook dinner cruise we dropped by here for a drink before heading home. Great location and although we didn't eat they have what looks like to be a top shelf menu!! Great atmosphere after dark too with all the boats lit up...More

We ordered the mezza plate and the biggest seafood platter on the menu. It wasn't great and everything was pretty average. The salt and pepper squid was cold, smallest serving size of the potato salad, crab was good. Service was really good and quick.

On the face of it this place ticks all the boxes. Fine menu. Great location. Well presented, new/modern décor. The experience is different; 1. Ambience: It's very big, and very very impersonal with bright lighting, close and crowded seating than forms a maze whenever you...More

Nick's has a great, central location. We ordered the seafood platter; and unfortunately it was just average. Not only was the food average, but it was also quite expensive; so not the best value in town.

We thank you for your feedback. Both our location and high quality produce from Sydney's best seafood suppliers does come at a cost. We are sorry you found us to be expensive. We do hope to see you again.

We dined at Nicks Seafood with friends and being semi allergic to seafood (shellfish) I am always a little hesitant to dine at a seafood restaurant because of cross contamination which can make me puffy and blotchy for around 2 weeks but I was outvoted...More
