Possibly the best food in Australia, service and views second to none. We have dined a number of times before and this place never ceases to amaze. The food just keeps getting better and better on every visit. Should be on everyone’s bucket list.

We went last night. This is a very special location to eat great food and watch the sun set on the Opera House & the Harbour Bridge. Everything else I’m judging against Michelin starred restaurants in London to the to provide a point of reference....More

Wow, the location is sublime - nothing compares. Spectacular. Unfortunately the staff are inattentive and have no clue of what is going on (I've just reviewed Silvesters and Dilshan and Felicia as waiters there put Quay - a hatted restaurant to shame). On arrival I...More

The view from Quay restaurant is unsurpassed - straight across Sydney harbour to the Opera House. That is, as long as you're lucky enough not to have a cruise ship berthed there. We were lucky. We chose the tasting menu with matching wines. The wines...More

I don't mind paying lots of money for a sensational experience and Peter Gilmore 's food was certainly absolutely wonderful. However, I am wondering that Quay has been destined to the back of the stove with the opening of the newer restaurant. The decor and...More

Having had dinner recently on a special occasion with my husband, just before going on a cruise, I must say that the food was delicious and the service was great. Maybe not 5 stars, but nearly there.

Before I went here I had heard mixed things, but it’s truly worth the hype. I took a friend for her birthday to do the full tasting menu with matching wines and everything was so special and so delicious. It’s definitely expensive, but as long...More

This restaurant has been named as one of the top 50 restaurants in the world and it did not disappoint. We had dinner here and we were promptly seated. Our table was wonderful-overlooking the Sydney Opera House. The menu changes frequently but we were offered...More

The Rocks
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and
sailors from the old nation. As the oldest
neighbourhood in the city, the area's cobblestone
streets host more than 100 heritage sites and
buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney,
Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi
“ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the
waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The
