My wife wanted to eat dim sum and as we were walking around chinatown we saw this restaurant. We ordered our selections (6 items) and the food was great and tasty but it was a bit expensive.

This place is pretty good. The food is great and the service was good as is the usual at Yum Cha restaurants. I prefer The Eight across the road but it is still good yum cha.

10 course yumcha for $38, wasn't sure how good it was going to be having eaten here some years ago and not being overly impressed. It was very impressive, will be going back, yum!

I've been coming to the Emporers Garden inchina town for many years. I cant believe how much this restaurant has deterierated. The food is now below average, the decor is tired and dated and the service is poor. Sadly we will never be back.

We ordered seafood noodle soup which cost $22. It was quite bland and u can get similar kind of noodle for probably half the price. Won't come back.

The food was very bland in taste and flavour and staff seemed like these didn't want to be there. Wouldn't go back again as the 3 dishes we had were all disappointing. The lemon chicken in particular was very thin and undercooked and had little...More

Located on Dixon st is a small window/serving hatch between the emperor garden restaurant and their bakery. You'll find it easily just look for the queue. At 35 cent a puff or 18 for 5 dollars, these little delights just melt in the mouth. Worth...More

My friend and I got in after midnight on a Friday and were the lucky recipients of a quick and delicious late dinner. The dumplings and duck rolls were to die for and the san choi bao equally delicious. Can't wait to come back and...More

Soft donut like exterior and creme filling. Absolutely amazing. Why buy 1 for $0.35 when you can buy 18 for $5.

entrance to the “little Asia” of Sydney. A walk
through Chinatown is a feast for the senses where
aromas, tastes, sounds and visions of dancing tigers

Free Parking is not available. Off street parking is very limited because of road work. Car park around the area e.g Haymarket is not cheap but not expensive for Sydney.
