While there, we saw many UberEats deliveries picked up. It makes sense. The food is really good and reasonably priced, but the atmosphere is abysmal. It is the only restaurant I have seen that has warning about kicking out drunk people. There were definitely inebriated...More

The pho was thin, but actually pretty good. It would have been nice to have basil and chili and sprouts on the sides, but it was still ok. The vermicelli salad with prawns was a mis-step, the sauce was too dark, , with no cucumber...More

It may be different management as has undergone more makeovers but it just looks worse, the prices are no better and the food average, service non-existent. Give up and go home as most patrons have; let the space to someone who cares about dining

Beef pho from this restaurant is amazing. The service is very friendly and efficient, I just love coming here. Have made some adventurous other choices from the menu but find the other items very oily. Especially the vietnamese pancake - inconsistent outcomes here. Still, great...More

Description
Looking for exotic Vietnamese Cuisine? Maybe you ought to think Saigon Bay Vietnamese Restaurant in Darlinghurst. Perhaps an exquisite vegetarian meal? Well, then, why not think Saigon Bay Vietnamese Restaurant in Darlinghurst? Or is tonight time for multiple dishes, contrasting flavours, varied textures and exotic ingredients? Once again, it's a good time to think Saigon Bay Vietnamese Restaurant in Darlinghurst.Saigon Bay Vietnamese Restaurant is located at 249 Oxford Street Darlinghurst since 1993. Darlinghurst is known as the heart of Sydney gay scene and the home of the Mardi Gras, this area is best known for its clubs, pubs & restaurants, one of the best place for most people hang out with friends after work.Saigon Bay offers authentic Vietnamese Cuisine in the warm friendly atmosphere, the restaurant had operated for more than 15 years and serves foods to a lot of happy returning customers. Vietnamese food has long been appreciated in France, the former colonial power; U.S. residents are only beginning to discover its many fine features. Our Vietnamese chefs like to refer to our cooking as "the nouvelle cuisine of Asia." And indeed, with the heavy reliance on rice, wheat and legumes, abundance of fresh herbs and vegetables, minimal use of oil, and treatment of meat as a condiment rather than a main course, Vietnamese food has to be among the healthiest on the planet.
