Seemed like Sentosa Corner on Jalan Kulim is quite a popular coffee shop (loads of people here) with some pretty good food. For a starter I had the chinese pasembur. The sauce is thick, with the little chili made it sweet and slightly spicy a...but I felt the cracker was a little too thick for my liking. I like the crunched peanuts on top which thicken up the sweet potato gravy even more. I was recommended the yam rice for main which was fabulous. The mixture of meat and orfices were good, soup really sour and tasty and the rice comes with nice soft chunks of yam. For dessert is the famous egg tarts and portugese tarts ~ nice and not too sweet with lovely flaky shell. For drinks I had longan drink which was tasty and sweet. Overall I would highly recommend the yam rice and portugese tart here.More

Decent food, but definitely not the best. The gravy had strong prawn taste and smell. Price was reasonable.

Many blogs have said this is a must - go place for food. We tried the following : chicken rice - average, pan mee - average, yam rice - marginally above average, wantan mee - very good, Portuguese egg tarts - extraordinary. We haven't tried...the char koay teow and Jawa mee which is supposed to be good. Floor is not clean. You can find parking at a nearby playground.More

This shop is always crowded. Lots of hawker food to choose from. Shouldn't miss the opportunity to savour the food here. Also the egg tarts and siew pau are popular items.

This is a typical local coffee shop, crowd with people during lunch hours. The place will start busy from 11am to 2pm. Try avoid this hour if you are not a patient person. There are many good food here. I recommend two for you. 1....Chicken rice, cost RM4 - RM5. You can add other things like the roast pork, sausage, toufu, boiled eggs. 2. Yam Rice, cost RM6.50. This is the most popular food. You will find almost 8/10 table order this food. Imagine how local people loves it. It takes a while to wait, sometimes it took 30-45mins for the food serves on your table. Sometimes the boss overlook and forget about your order because so many customers walk in and order it. My trick is to sit near to the stall so the boss can see me. I always keep eye contact with the boss and signal the boss. This trick always work! Drinks.. They have some waiters walking around to take your order. Make sure you only take one order from a waiter. The waiters will walk around and keep asking. If you order two times, you will get your drink two set from different waiter. Local drink, I would recommend "kopi Peng"/iced Coffee.A glass of Iced coffee cost about RM1.80. Parking is limited, you can park near a playground behind the coffee shop. It is about 100m away.More
