When visiting Cairns we went here twice for dinner, and although the food was okay, menu was limited and took some time to arrive, we prefer to eat later approx 7.30 and both times we found there to be large groups on the way to being drunk which made it not the best place for a family dinner. Better for... More

When in Cairns we often have lunch here. Plenty of choices on menu. Good prices and plenty of seating choices indoors or out.

Sad to hear that the Courthouse Hotel is now closed and will make way for an Arts centre! Another great venue in Cairns has gone......so sad really! 😞

12 pubs of Christmas! I've actually never experienced a boring venue in Cairns but Courthouse absolutely sucks for entertainment and music. I've had a better time at a funeral. The place killed the buzz of our night and we quickly moved on... Jog on Courthouse, get some decent entertainment!

The old Court House still maintains its charm and is now a local pub. Dining was pub-grub but quite nice with outdoor seating on the deck. Not a lot of seating in the bar area which was once the Supreme Court. Tends to be more of a sports and pokies type atmosphere but ok for a cold beer and a... More

A beautiful meal with friends. Food was fresh and service excellent. My only disappointment was finding out about this place a day before we left Cairns. We will be back!!

I stopped here on a Saturday evening to listen to the great live band-a beautiful lady singer with acoustic guitar backup. As an added bonus the drinks were reasonably priced and the food tasty and a generous serve. Plenty of staff, all very attentive and helpful. The beer garden atmosphere was spacious and relaxing. A great night.

This is a nice place to eat if you are looking for a casual atmosphere. We had drinks at the bar, enjoyed the football team that was celebrating the end of their season by coming in dressed up in costumes. Talked to one player dressed as Leonardo the Ninja Turtle. Later wen in the dining room to order and eat.... More

Unfortunately on NRL Grand Final night the order for meals was a line up of 15 metres only to be told when at the ordering counter that the meal will take one hour to serve. When I did get the Thai Salad meal there was a lot of lettuce and some strips of beef steak and sauce but no cashews.... More
