This used to be an amazing beautifully landscaped Japanese restaurant with a pricey 5 star Japanese menu. We have been passed everyday this week, it appears closed! Front gate closed side entrance closed. No signs or information out the front! The gardens are a complete...More

This is actually owned (I believe) by Dougies Backpacker Resort next door but the breakfast and coffee I had was the best I had in my four days in Port Douglas so certainly not complaining. Very tasty with generous portions of quality brekkie goodness.

This was a really good Japanese restaurant a few years ago. Now it's a sad little cafe which is very run down. Service awful, food very average. Save your money, it's a shocker

Great food and service. Handy to most resorts and a nice change from resort meals. Try their smoothies they are great to refresh you on a hot day.

Visited three times during my stay - twice for breakfast. There are 2 sides, one a restaurant and the other a relaxing coffee lounge with a huge table in the centre, and a 'sofa' which surrounds two sides of the lounge (chose this side for...More

Great food, coffee and service. A lttle out of town, but on the main road, but worth the effort. A great building and very relaxed place to enjoy a good priced meal, which is something rare in Port Douglas.
