We had two meals here, as the food and service was quite good, although I did not care for the rather strange bruschetta with gorgonzola and pear. The space is very crowded and the noise level is quite high. Rigoni's is very popular and if you have not reserved for an evening meal it's most unlikely that you can get... More

Went here Wednesday evening with an out of town guest having chosen the place as a safe bet in the CBD for good Italian food and proper service. I had a bruschetta with prosciutto, gorgonzola and pear to start and the pappadelle as my main, then the cannoli to finish. Only had a single glass of a Montepulchiano red wine... More

Dined at Rigoni's for the first time while visiting SA this month. A most enjoyable dining experience : excellent service; very good choice available on the menu; quality wine list ( we chose the Torbreck semillon); the dishes were first class : beaut bruschetta; lemon & ricotta gnocchi was extremely well done; & cannoli for dessert. All great & presented... More

My friend and I came here for our first holiday dinner in Adelaide quite last minute but they offered to squeeze us in if we could finish before the table's next booking at 8pm, which was completely reasonable. While we were hungry and had been looking around, the delicious fragrances of the food made it hard to consider going anywhere... More

Two couples in our mid 40's dines on a Saturday night prior to attending a fringe show. Service was excellent, everything was clean and well presented. Toilets were also very clean which was a nice change. There was a good sized menu but mostly seafood which I don't eat. We shared some bruschetta which was very different. I might have... More

Very pricey for what is served up. Service is relatively slow and staff are over worked. However they are very pleasant when they do attend your table!!!!! Food was OK. The Gnocchi was very bland even could be described as cardboard if eaten plain. My pork belly was to die for but the others were just ok.

Food very average - over cooked pasta dish with prawns that were nearly inedible. Service extremely poor (particularly for prices charged). Waited 5 minutes to be greeted and shown to our table No communication between their staff - we were asked for drink orders twice by different staff, the wine took forever to come out then spilt on table by... Lunch at Rigoni's for 3 was a delight - great service, excellent meals (try the potato gnocchi with salmone). Waiter suggested a local wine which was not on the wine list - really good choice. Staff very knowledgeable regarding the food making choosing much easier. Have not been to Rigoni's for years but really enjoyed today's lunch. Will be back.

We were in Adelaide for the Adele concert and had been recommended Rigonis, we stumbled across it whilst looking for a bar in one of the numerous laneways off Hindley Street. We booked for later in the evening as one if our party was running a big late. When we returned, all of the outside tables were full, however the... More

A true test of a restaurant is when it can handle a large and demanding group and have everyone walk away happy. Rigoni's delivered. Hopefully will get the opportunity to go back.
