On a walk round the south part of Adelaide CBD we stumbled across this bar for a refreshing afternoon drink. When looking at the menu we thought the choice was good so booked a table for the evening. Well we were not disappointed. Food was delicious and friendly efficient service as well. If you want to eat here suggest you... More

Decided to share lunch with a family member and enjoyed what we had, nice setting and ambience. Service was reasonable and staff were very pleasant/helpful. Parking was great as we parked on the street adjacent to the hotel, all in all a pleasant experience. My only criticism is that it is a little pricey.

Average schnitzel , dry and somewhat over cooked, with poor customer service. Paid in cash and when the change was not given to me, I mentioned it to the bar tender. He simply said he had already given me my money and refused to listen. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hello Bruce, Again we apologies about your experience. As you mentioned in your email the mix up in the $3 change you didn't receive was probably a simple mistake, particularly when you couldn't remember receiving it! When you returned to the bar and stated you defiantly didn't receive your change we where happy to give the $3 at this point... More

What a cracking place to visit in Adelaide, having drank a few bottles of coopers in various pubs, I saw a book that recommend visiting this place as it is where the beer used to be brewed. The staff were superb and recommend which beers to try, I opted for the 3 beer taster paddle. The guys that work there... More

Had a Christmas show here, Excellent service very fast, efficient and polite staff, My meal was cooked perfectly and was perfect size for me, 300g schnitzel with chips and salad. Very filling and cooked well. The coffee creme brûlée is delicious. The other meals looked delicious also, The 600g schnitzel is huge so be hungry. Every one in our party enjoyed... More

We headed into the city with no real plans for our early lunch. I decided that I felt like a steak so we headed here. I had the 250g eye fillet and my partner chose the 500g rib eye. Both were ordered medium rare and came with garlic mashed potatoes and red wine jus. My steak was one of the... More

Everything at this place is first class. The staff are very friendly and obliging, the environment is stunning and the food is to die for. I had the surf and turf (which I have not braved since the eighties when it was a source of great derision) and it was mind blowing. The incredibly tender, char-grilled steak was cooked to... More

Can't complain about this one bit, the size of these parmis are insane! You can get the 300gram or the 600gram, you'll walk away very full and very happy.

We dropped in for a quick Wednesday lunch and had the wood fired pizza lunch special $12. I had a hot and spicy which was big enough for two and delicious. Nice crispy base and lots of yummy sausage and chilli. Will be back for sure.
