This was a standout experience in Hobart. We took the advice of the staff in our wine selection and every wine was a winner. The food was sublime. Even the handsoap in the bathroom was fabulous! Highly recommended.
The staff were lovely. The food was imaginative with lovely flavour combinations that highlighted the local wares. Sake matching was also great (chilled, not warm), with each one very different from the other - the 1999 Inoue Gomei 'Biden' being my favourite. Highly recommend.
Hard to imagine paying about $350 for a meal for two with a reasonable wine ($90`s) means a small meal uncomfortable school high chairs and eating with people either side talking in each ear....but maybe I am too old for this. Apparently its very cool...More
