With a variety of demands from kids, this was a good choice. They have lots of interesting choices on the menu. Midori fried rice is my favourite. a good place for families with younger kids. The staff is very friendly.

We return to Midori again & again for lunch. Customer service is always excellent. The food is fresh & delicious. It's a small friendly restaurant. Love their tempura meals.

Visiting Hobart, we jumped onto TA to find a close Japanese. Found Midori. Ordered takeaway and was ready very promptly (15 mins). Plenty of parking out the back of street is full. Food was delicious. Sushi rolls are huge. Crumbed chicken curry was awesome.

The lovely lady who welcomed us was so enthusiastic and lovely. We couldn't help but smile. The food was fantastic. The dragon roll was really nice and the ramen was really hearty on a rainy afternoon.

We used to go fairly regularly but got a bit bored and also felt the menu and staff lacked authenticity. Returned the other day - everything better....new Ramen soups very good, staff a step up from before. Worth the visit!

The food here is the standard Japanese fare. This place is good for a cheap and cheerful meal. I had the chicken katsu curry which was really good for less than $15. The service here is really friendly and welcoming.
