. Not to try again. What to say shabby place. We had curried vegetables and plain rice : The former tasteless and the latter overcooked .

If you remember the old style chinese restaurant from 30 + years ago this is it, carpets and lightshades included. All your regular suspects are there, lemon chicken, sweet and sour pork etc. Whilst some of the food was unexpectedly good the service was another matter, there were huge amounts of time (upto 15 mins) before entrées had been served,... While the food was good ...The service or lack of was embarrassing. Waiting ages to order and waiting for long periods of time between courses was ridiculous. You have waiting staff dressed professionally to serve yet you send children out in theirtracksuits to bring each course, Definitely won't be returning.

We had what we thought was a good example of their fare. This was a sad meal. Special rice meant 4x frozen prawns thrown into a bland tasteless rice. The mains were stodgy and predictable. The banana fritter was inedible. Get your act together. You must know people talk.

On holiday in Tasmania with family including grandsons, found this restaurant a short walk from the beach and park, as it was early evening and we were all hungry, called in and we all had a very good meal. Quick and efficient service, suited all of us including grandsons and we could continue our drive along the coast south. A... More

We come here often, as a couple, with family, and with friends. Excellent value for money, we have tried many dishes over the years, usually shared around the table, and really found no fault. The fare is honest, basic, classic Australian Chinese with no wierd surprises. It has been run by the same family for a long time, but sometimes... More

We enjoyed the Sunday Yum Cha. It wasn't ridiculously expensive as we enjoyed everything that was bought out to choose from. The staff were all very friendly. We weren't rushed, so we could enjoy our meal. Would we go again, most certainly yes.

Recently my family decided to have dinner at Ming Court, a Chinese restaurant that seems to have been around forever. It must be been 20 years since I had last eaten there, and back then it was a regular family haunt for gatherings and banquets and we were never disappointed, always leaving full and happy. With the opening of so... More

Have been to this restaurant many times and have yet to be disappointed. Décor takes you back in time but it has the authentic feel to it. The hostess is always friendly. Their home made steamed dim sims are very tasty. For mains we shared the sechuan chilli chicken with extra chilly and the tofu/mushrooms/bok choy with boiled rice. It... More
