If you are looking for a bite to eat on a market morning it's advisable to get in early - especially if it's cool and windy A popular spot efficiently serving up some tasty morsels in this well themed venue Friendly service good food and more than passable coffee

Nice spot to start the day with a good coffee, sit in the sunshine or squeeze inside. All of the items on the menu sound tasty can't wait to try more.

We were looking for a nice café and we came across the Retro cafe and it was average because the bacon was undercooked and bad and the eggs were cold and watery.

A very nice, friendly cafe which does an excellent beef burger and great coffee. Good range of choices for lunch or snack, with some outside seating.

Grabbed a takeaway tea from here on the way past and enjoyed the cool vibe of the place. I'll forgive the owner for being a Dogs supporter!

Coffee like a power punch. Best gluten free bread (from Straight Up bakery on Liverpool). Poached eggs runny. Lovely range of choice. Bit of a squeeze; especially for a group.

This place is very busy and we are lucky to find us a table. The guys are very busy serving. Maybe because it is a Saturday and people come for the Salamaca Market. There are many nice options for breakfast and we like all of our meals.

Stopped by here on a ramble through Salamanca and hoped for a nice, quick coffee bit got neither. Order was mixed up by well meaning but clearly new staff and tea got tipped out. Nice location bit that was all.
