Four of us shared a delicious vegatarian pizza before having various fresh pasta mains - with prawns, vegetables etc. This is a family style restaurant with great food and staff who seem happy to be there. A Josef Chromy Pinot and a Poggerino Chianti and still the bill was under $230. Value!

Having read the reviews, we were looking forward to our meal. If you have ever eaten in Italy this would be a huge disappointment. The pizza base was not crispy and too thick. The pasta -entree size was enormous. The waitress said - all Italian portions are large!!! Service was friendly and good humoured but it took ages to get... More

Have been to D'Angelos several times and can't believe I haven't reviewed it before. It's my favourite restaurant in Hobart. I always get pizza different everytime. My husband loves the carbonara. Their cream brûlée is also to die for. Love this restaurant.

Located at battery point. A friend recommended that we have a meal there - they had been there three times on a previous visit. We give this 10/10! My wife and I both had minestrone soup and I can assure you, on a cold Hobart evening there is nothing better! We also had their delicious garlic bread. A simple meal... More

As far as Italian restaurants go, it has all the basics. Friendly staff, a good wine list and tasty traditional dishes. The interior is begging for a face lift but perhaps some would say this is part of it's charm.

Ah where to start! EXCEPTIONAL customer service, mouth watering house made pastas and desserts. There was nothing to critique about this restaurant. The friendly staff also interacted with our little man which was so nice to see. If you love good quality italian food you must go here. You will need to book to ensure a table- dont miss out!
