Is amazing to be in San Churro and taste the amazing dark and thick chocolate. This chocolate is so similar to the chocolate that we drink in latin america, if you are from spain or latin america you will feel in your home.

I went here the other night with a few friends, expecting the standard churros with chocolate, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they also did milkshakes, sundaes, platters, and fondues with fruit, plus more.. I couldn't decide what I wanted, but as soon as we saw someone's San Churro sundae get brought to them we knew that's what we... More

I have tried the one in Brunswick and it was ok. This place was run by rude staff. I subscribe to the member rewards and was expecting a birthday free churro however I was told my bar code voucher wasn't valid. The staff were rude and I won't be back. It was enough to make me not want to return... More

After dinner one evening, we decided to head over to San Churro at QV in the CBD for some dessert. We both ordered the ‘Chocolate Lava Cake’, as we are both huge fans. We also got cookies and cream milkshakes. It was very busy as it was a Friday night, but overall it had a pleasant atmosphere and enough room... More

Churros is always good at san churro but the crowing jewel is their argentine sauce... rich sweet caramel thick and gooey and milky and yummy to go with their perfect warm churros... heaven on earth and try their hot chocolate as well.. i love the classic hot chocolate its an instant mood fixer

Frequents this place whenever I'm craving for a choco drink especially the Chocolate Hazelnut Shake and the Dark Hot Chocolate. If you can't decide which flavour to choose, opt for the Hot Chocolate Taster. Pair the drinks with the delicious churros and bring home some truffles and macarons.

Excellent hot chocolate, fast service. Try the Spanish-style hot chocolate - it's really thick, really good.

Had to try these churro's, we went in and the first thing that caught our eyes was the large wok over a flame and the nearly black oil in it, we ordered coffee and a single serve of churro's, my wife had half a churro and could not eat anymore, the churro was dripping in oil, the taste was of... We walked round the city looking for an ice cream and found this place. We had the hazelnut and caramel in tubs, £4 each scoop, tasted lovely, very creamy but mine didn't taste of hazelnuts very much, but liked and ate it anyway!

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
