Compared to other restaurants in Melbourne and in particular given it’s on the same street as some incredible places, this is mediocre. The menu is pretty limited (um, perhaps the name gives it away!) Wine good.

Called in at about 2 pm which seemed to be a quiet time I had strips of minute steaks on a salad base as wasn’t feeling too hungry. Really enjoyed my meal - great tasting minute steaks . The wife had turkey cranberry meatballs which...More

Hi Micaela. We’re so sorry to read this. The evening you’re referring to was when Melbourne got hit with massive downpours and the building started leaking. The rain must have also flooded some of the grease traps in the neighboring laneways, which is where the...More

For starters we ordered the parmessan cheese with honey served with foccacia. This was a little strange and random. You get a slice of foccacia honey on the side and a big slab of parmessan. I didn't think it worked well together. The sliders were...More

There are reasons restaurants like customers sitting out in front of their premises and one of them is so passerby’s can view the food being displayed. And so it was for us, passing by and being attracted by the dishes of amazing sauce drenched meatballs...More

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
