Having trawled up and down William Street we decided to try Aisuru. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was wonderful. We had a wide variety of sushi, tempura and sashimi. Not inexpensive but beautifully prepared and presented. Our advice would be to order one or two dishes at a time. We ordered about six initially and they all... More

You can either sit down at a table (we just walked in) or sit at the sushi bar and watch the chef make everything. My meal (2 x 4 pieces of sushi, sake 150ml and a plum wine) was $50! Bargain and beautiful. Staff was very helpful and smiley.

The restaurant itself is small but pleasant. The staff are very friendly and always just a moment away. Be aware it is a little pricey, but its worth it... The stand out attraction is the food! the Sushi, this place is a must dine in Perth! have not found Sushi this intricate and delicious anywhere else yet!

I love the open kitchen and interactive chefs. Great inventive sushi and reasonable range of Sake. Fast and on the ball

Was in Perth for a long weekend and after a bit of a pub crawl found this place some of the best sushi I've had - so fresh and tasty! And service was extremely quick and friendly! Definitely coming back!

I ordered a roll which was good but I expected more reading all the reviews. Then I ordered a chicken teriyaki and it was horrible, I couldn't finish it, I don't know what there was in there but it was terrible. Maybe we went in a wrong day.

What a delight to find Aisuru sushi! Prompt and very efficient service, our beer was delivered before we finished placing our order. Watching all the food being freshly prepared is great and the menu is creative but so Japanese. Great value too! Recommend highly!

If you like Japanese cuisine, and like being able to see your meal being prepared in their open kitchen, then Aisuru Sushi is a must. I dine at Aisuru at least once every time I visit Perth and have done so for the last two years because I enjoy the flavours that much. Service is always attentive at this popular... More
