Wednesday night Chinese. The place looks a little scruffy and dated but the food and service were very good. Huge portions be careful how many dishes you order. We went for sweet and sour and Singapore noodles. The amount defeated 2 of us.

The take out dish ordered was terrible. Tasteless, mainly re hydrated vegetables which were tasteless and one of the main ones like bits of thick rubbery kelp. i certainly will not be going back. The only redeeming feature was the friendly person taking the order.

Came here for yum cha with family on our visit to Tauranga. Service - Only a couple of staff which means its a bit slow. Very friendly manager/owner while one of the waitress was very pushy and kept trying to push us to order more...More
The pork dumplings were excellent. Apart from that the food had no taste and was just dished out loaded on platters. It seems to take away one's appetite.
