Service was great, the restaurant itself has a really nice ambience, however was quite disappointed with the flavours of the food.

So, a group of colleagues were in Wellington for a conference and Dragonfly was recommended by one of them. Our decision to follow that recommendation is resulting in my recommendation to you - try it! The menu has vibrant Asian flavours and origins and if you're with a group just order plenty of dishes and share a little of everything.... More
Dragonfly has recently reopened post the earthquake and the food is just as good as I remembered. Dishes pumped full over flavor. A bit pricey but well worth it and the service is excellent.
Everything was excellent about this fusion restaurant - impeccable casual service, good food and reasonable prices. The one feature that let it down was the noise. Curry red duck and the seafood noodles for the mains followed with the desert of plum sago and lemongrass steamed pudding. All washed down with a chilled three paddles white wine. Then into the... Our group of 12 were well served on a quiet Wednesday night (only one other table of 3 in the restaurant). We sampled just about all of the tapas on the menu with Octopus Balls being one of the favourites. Just a small criticism, we were a little rushed by the staff to finish up and leave the premises, a... More
