Really enjoyed the meal tonight. Dumplings were tasty. My wife who doesn't like to much spice loved the rice and prawn disk and enjoyed tasting mine. Spicy pork and squid. Service great Friendly..

Decided to go for Asian food despite a failed Japanese lunch in Dunedin city and was so won't over by the hospitality and food! They were intending to close shop as it was a quiet night but still welcomed us in with great service for a late dinner. Really warming good spicy soup for the cold night and tastes quite... More

I would have given it a higher rating if I had just gone there once. On my 2nd visit, I found that the food quality is not consistent. Nevertheless, this is the place to go for some hot food that is value for money, not to mention the one and only pretty waitress. We ordered the beef teriyaki on both... More

We had a group of 4, 2 meat eaters and 2 vegans. It can be pretty tricky to find places with lots of vegan options but Miga was amazing! We had some amazing fresh tofu salad with delicious sauce, vege tempura (sooo good!), kimchi fried rice with veges and a pickled tofu and vege sizzling hot plate with a delicious... More

Saw the review and decided to try it after so many days of western food. The Korean dishes are pretty authentic and taste good. There are little selection for kids (non spicy stuffs) but my son gobble finished the tonkatsu chicken in no time.

We have visited this restaurant twice lately and have been very impressed with the food. We have cooked vegetables and meat in a really tasty broth which is delicious. The meal comes with a variety of side dishes as well. The service is awesome and is very speedy.

I've had some really good Korean BBQ in Auckland so I'm so happy that Miga does this in Dunedin. It is not all-you-can-eat though so it can get a bit expensive if you want to get multiple meat platters. There are unlimited refills on the side dishes - I love the kimchi, pickled daikon slices, and the potatoes.

Food taste nice but too expensive. Not suitable for filling, but good place for drink and chat. Not much bbq option

The food here is okay. It's obviously a Shabu shabu place and the people around us who ordered this dish looked really happy. We ordered some entrees, a fish katsu and bibimbap. These were average. Not as good as Korea house on George street. Slathered in mayo and kind of tepid. The service was slow (e.g. Drinks came after entrees)... More

The choices on the menu fit cold Dunedin winter nights. With hot pots of different sorts there is plenty to warm guts and soul. As far as Korean restaurants go though, this could do with a few more extractor fans.
