This evening I dined with a rather large group for a leaving do. I have to say, bar none, I've never experienced service in the 4+ years I've lived here like I did tonight at Bombay. Our server, Bibi (along with a lovely British girl, I can't remember her name), was exceptional in taking care of our party of 14... More

We went for dinner as a group of 6. Service was a little slow but once the food arrived every dish was good. Naam bread also good. The chicken tikka was dry. Otherwise good Indian food at a reasonable price. A little noisy upstairs

Excellent food, fast service, very friendly staff. Very bust place. It is small but clean and good ambience. Food is not spicy if you requset it that way.

We were lucky enough to get a table right away. The staff was attentive and efficient refilling our water bottle and taking our order. Very friendly service throughout the meal. The samosas are large and flavored well. Chicken tikka masala and prawns masala were both delicious. Nice large pieces of meat in the dishes. The sauces were thick and flavorful... More

My first impressions were, lovely decor, great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Everyone spoke good English and easy to understand. My son has egg and nut allergy, staff understood and showed concern. If you have allergies I would definitely double check as we learnt that butter chicken, mango chicken on the menu (also on kids menu) actually have ground cashew... More

My wife and I ate here recently and really enjoyed it. We shared the tandoori sampler for an entree and I had the chicken vindaloo as my main. Everything was very good as was the service. I had been told that this was the best Indian food in Queenstown and based on our experience I'm sure it is. Recommended.

There are a few Indian restaurants right near each other and we initially chose Bombay Palace based on the menu. Talk about the right choice, Bombay Palace is always busy while other other two aren't while the locals talk about it as one of the best overall restaurants in town. We went back twice and it's my favorite Indian place... More

By accident we ended up in this restaurant, there were three other Indian restaurants nearby but this stood out . It was Wednesday and it was curry night any curry you order would be $14.00 Initially I thought this was a gimmick to get us in . Only drawback was it came with rice and no substitute. So had to...
