You will find wholefoods, cooked from scratch, not your schnitzel and meat pie kind of joint. But if you are looking for something wholesome and you care about whether you are getting actual nutrition, can't beat it. And the food tastes good and is served in abundance.

We love this place even though they no longer serve wine. Great for lunch. Interesting menus, good fresh food. It's one of Newcastle's consistent top 3 cafes.

Lovely coffee and beautiful food. Vegetarian but don't let that put you off. Every dish is lovingly prepared and ingredients are second to none. The time and effort put into preparation, cooking and displaying is the food is amazing. Cakes and coffee are spot on. Staff are perfect and I would recommend a visit....particularly if you are skeptical of a... More

Awesome little coffee joint in Newcastle. Decor is really cool and there is space to park a bike inside if you have just finished a ride. Coffee and food is top notch. I mainly visit for breakfast. Would recommend the savour bean dish! Slightly hard to find if you don't know where it is.

We visited this place with 4 adults and 3 children including all paraphernalia. The staff, whilst young, treated use excellently. We felt relaxed and at home yet they had passion and knowledge of the menu and the food. The food itself was excellent and fresh. Only minor downside is no baby change table and the fact that the toilets are... More

This really is the best coffee in Newcastle. It is strange that such a unprepossessing place can have such a good atmosphere but food coffee and good food my be the trick.

I'll be upfront, you can get a better valued breakfast. However this is worth it! Excellent quality of products, prepared carefully and the coffee is amazing. Credit to Ben and his team!

Had a most enjoyable and healthy lunch here, pleasant atmosphere, handy location. Menu was a little limited but food was good, with fresh ingredients and original meal ideas.

I recently had a delicious lunch of meatballs and in house made bread. Our coffee was superb as always. On another occasion when I ordered coffee it wasn't hot enough for me and the staff gladly replaced it with a fresh cup made at the desired temperature. This was done without fuss and with a friendly smile. So nice to... More
