The friendly proprietor greets the customers and serves them patiently with a high quality product. The coffee was very good and next time i am looking forward to sampling some of their gelato.

Great gelato venue ,unique and homemade .This is a family business which has served Newcastle for many years and their gelat and other delicacies are always good and while not extensive the product is always good and is recommended.

Very good range of delicious gelato. Flavours include lemon, tiramisu, cassata (to name just a few). Choice of cones too (waffle & plain).Take home tubs available, and ice cream cakes made to taste and order. Small barrow inside a small shop. Easy to miss but well worth finding.

Good gelato but served with misery. Shame. We each had two scoops of different flavours. Coconut was subtle but nice. So was Cream Caramel. Mango too stood out.

Various tastes and flavours of Gelato. Lemon is lovely and tangy. I also enjoy the smooth creamy chocolate.

Don't let the small, unimpressive appearance of this place turn you away from here - they have without doubt some of the best gelato in town, if not anywhere I have tasted. You can tell the owner puts great pride into his home-made gelato - the texture is really smooth and creamy. You won't find anywhere near as many flavours... More

This is my favourite place in Newcastle for a quick break. Gaetano, known to most as Tony, makes fabulous gelato. I have eaten gelato from Genoa, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Rome, Naples, Syracuse etc and never tasted better. As a lover of Italy and Italians, I enjoy chatting withTony, who has given me some great tips for things to see/do in... More

Went in on a rainy day to grab some take out. I wasn't greeted and the man at the counter appeared grumpy and annoyed to serve me. No one else was at the restaurant. I ended up buying a lasagne which for $15 dollars, you would think to get a substantial amount. Instead I paid 15 dollars for what appeared... More
