Not value for money. Food was tastless. Ordered sichuan chicken and honey pork, neither were as advertised. I also had beef in amongst the pork. Meals wete very small and we were almost finished before our drinks arrived. Had to wait for around fifteen minutes...before we saw the bartender. Wont be back.More

Went for Yum Cha, what Yum cha? No trolleys to pick a menu so ok let's give it a try... Wanted to order drinks and get water for the table..mistake, have to wait for bar staff 10mins later, after meal served actual drinks order placed..... wine was good. Staff not particularly friendly, but who would want to engage with someone when food is so terrible, back to the fifties. Order Sechuan Chilli chicken and rice, no Chilli, no schechuan, no flavour...partner ordered honey bbq pork again so small gave him some of mine and he said bland, in fact some was beef not pork. Decided not to order their yumcha and will not be cack. Fried rice is boiled rice with a little bit of egg and bacon tossed in wok before service. No condiments, no chop sticks...Not value for money, not enjoyable, not going back.More

Arrived at 1.00pm. After 20 mins had to call over a staff member to place order. Food came at 1.44pm. Staff started reaching across statching plates the second any one finished with a item at 1.50. At 1.55 the bill was thrown on the table...and were we told it was closed.More

We always order a-la-carte as we know what we like… We generally share 2 mains & a special fried rice… contrary to some negative and frankly abusive reviews, we always enjoy here… lunch was the Flaming Pork Ribs & the Duck with Chinese Mushrooms… I...like the spring rolls when we have an entree… coupled with a piccolo of Brut bubbles eac was lovely. The staff are always friendly & accomodating to us.More

This place is objectively terrible. I would never tell anyone to go and eat here now, yeah it was ok in like 2015, but now? We'll this is the most disappointing meal I've had since the last time I ate at white china. I'm not...usually someone who leaves reviews, but I would feel terrible not to warn people away from this. I'm convinced the only people who actually enjoy this places food these days are the type of people who either don't know any better, or have had enough cumulative brain damage over their lives as to have lost most of their sense of taste and smell. Service was sub par as well. We had to wait a long time for our food, and it wasn't a busy night. Yes you can argue the decor or atmosphere or whatever, but the food and the prices were an absolute joke. The servings are small, and the food is bland. Now I don't mean "not spicy'. I mean, no flavor. The little prawns in the Singapore noodles taste like the water they were defrosted in. The noodles in the soup just taste like instant ramen without the flavor power thrown in. The prawn toast is just overcooked junk. "broth" in the soup just tastes like about 1L of water with maybe a teaspoon of stock power. The pricing. A $20 soup gets you: about 2 dried bricks of ramen noodles. About 1L of water with maybe a level teaspoon of stock power in it. Four thin slices of oriental style pork, the one you get in the deli counter at coles. Four wontons, very small cheap ones with nearly no filling. Half a baby bok-choy, and maybe 6 little bits of spring onion. Our meal was 2 mains, and a entree, we got charged about $60. Would have got 'maybe' 200g of meat combined in both meals. They were bulked out with a fair amount of noodles, which wouldn't have been a problem, except the noodles were the quality of your bargain basement 2min noodles, but served without the power sachet, not added flavor to speak of, just bland and waxy. If I'm gonna get served 2 min ramen at least give me the sachet if your not gonna give me a proper soup, not just water. If I were the chef or the owner, I would have been embarrassed to serve up the meal we were given. I would hazard a guess that any other Chinese takeaway in town will run circles around this junk, and cost way less. You want some Chinese? Unless your the type of person who see's Maggi 2 minute noodles and a can of coke as fine dining, you go walk into the greasiest rundown joint you can find in town and it will be better than this trash.More

We were so lucky that we were able to just walk in with no booking as it was very busy. So lucky because the food was delicious. Hot and delicious. Wait staff were friendly and courteous. And it was great value for money Definitely recommend

We are regulars to this restaurant when we travel and in the past 3 weeks had no issues when owner was present but this current experience was less than pleasing with missing dishes and food quality was not as good and little interest from the...lady waitstaff with our request for a check on where things were. Took two attempts with 2 different staff to get anyone to see what was up. Just finished our meals when a young lady came to our table with a plastic tub and proceeded fill the tub with our plates, really inappropriate as they were tossed in in an abrupt manner something restaurants don’t do. Overall experience pretty poor. Just really disappointed with the whole experience and won’t hurry back. I hope the manager reads reviews.More

Ordered 3 entree dishes, two of which we were unable to eat. The prawn & scollop dumplings and the Shanghai dumplings were awful. I was told that they would take 15 minutes, after waiting for 30 minutes I enquired as to the whereabouts of my...dish to be told that they were being cooked from frozen. When I notified the waitress that I was unable to eat both dishes I got the stare, the comment that that’s the way they are, and then the silent treatment. I had to seek another staff member who actually responded by sending another staff member over who took the dishes away. Was offered no apology, or alternative dish. The guy who comes around and takes the drinks orders had the personality of Lurch from the minsters. Won’t be going back. Staff were terrible.More

We love it. You have to book as it gets very busy. One if the few Chinese restaurants that will do a banquet for 2 & allows you to change out individual dishes. We have always found the staff to be lovely & the food...to be of better than average quality. Prices are reasonable (including the wine list) & in my opinion the best sit down Chinese in Bundy.More

Great customer service and absolutely awful food. If you want a good meal I wouldn’t recommend this place. I had Steak and Veggies and it was more like slop with a gravy looking sauce with minimal veggies. I highly recommend you just go to Brothers...then White China.More
