Ate there and paid $100 for steak and lamb plus coffees at the end, no drinks. The food was quite good. For these prices I expected better presentation and ambience. The staff were very courteous and polite.

We were both very happy with our meal and couldn't fault anything but something was lacking, maybe the decor and the lights were so bright. We had the oyster kilpatrick and Forest mushroom on crumbed melted brie. Both were lovely and the melted brie tasted like castello so had a nice strong flavour however the forest mushrooms were actually very... More
Enjoyed a relaxing breakfast before the start of a busy day. They offer a take away coffee service which was great to be able have a latte on the go.
We Came here on a Sunday at 1.45pm and entered waiting to be greeted at the front door No one came to seat us and After about 5 min I saw a cash register in the distance where the waiters were and walked to ask to be seated. They completely ignored me even there. I noticed the manager talking to... More
The food was really quite nice, the service was okay, nothing wrong but also nothing outstanding. Reasonably limited menu but quite yummy. Looking straight out across the grass towards the jetty at Glenelg is a lovely way to spend lunch…
We dined here as a couple on our final night of a 10 day trip and we're not disappointed. We always like to do something a but special to celebrate our last night away and this was the place to do it. The food was marvellous and in very generous servings - the only problem was that we couldn't finish... More
Good food great atmosphere. Watching the world go by On the beach. We had a great breakfast from the buffet.
It has an a awesome view and atmosphere is fun. The dips were terrible straight out of freezer. Boring flavours they seemed pre ordered not fresh made, no love in the taste of them. Don't sell sparkling water which is just odd. We left and went to another hotel in Glenelg.
We were looking forward to something a little more classy than what we received. Saturday evenings is a "Seafood Buffet." The quality of the prawns and oysters were very dismal and were not worth the risk of eating. Some of the other seafood and non-seafood choices in the bain-maries were very tired. Fortunately the bread and dessert offerings were delicious... More
I visited The Promenade Restaurant with friends to celebrate a birthday. It is a lovely spot overlooking the water and it has a pleasant atmosphere. However, we had to keep asking for service even though there were only two other occupied tables in the restaurant. Several times we asked for some more water and no-one came to ask to take... More
