Delicious Pastries & Breads that cannot be missed while at Maafushi

Located near the Football ground, this small bakery serves the best pastries & bread on this island. We enjoyed a wide range of cakes, pizza, Sub's, Burgers & variety of breads. Prices are reasonable too.

Delicious food

The small bakery is located next to the soccer field. You can't miss the purple house with the bougainvillea in bloom. Suzy's bakery offers delicious sweet and savory snacks, as well as freshly baked bread and sandwiches. Here you can try some traditional local food: such as fish bun, chicken bun, ... Banana bread is the best. Mini donuts are also very popular. Prices are reasonable.

Amazing

Fantastic bakery, absolutely recommended. There are many different handmade cakes, the price is realy good . There are also lot of sandwiches and local food. Suzy is very kind, and staff as well!!! We really Love that place! My favorite was tuna sandwich.

Overrated

The bakery is overrated. I mean we heard and read alot about this bakery online but they couldn’t stand up to the expectations. We got pineapple upside down cake and one brownie both of them were dry and not good at all and was also a bit pricey compared to its taste and size.

Good varierty of bake goods

Good local bakery. Price is the same as in Male ..so its normal price but if you are comparing to price in Europe or In US this ti definitely cheaper. Taste is really sweet …if you love your bakies to be on sweet side, you would love it here..carrot cake, banana cakes are very moist .. . the quality is as good as you pay :)

Nice bakery in Maafushi Island, Maldives

Located near the school in Maafushi Island. Very useful for quick bites & bakery items. The price is also reasonable. Perhaps the best option for you in the island for such items. The banana bread is really goods & other items are fresh too. Definitely recommended.

An excellent bakery

We visited Suzy's new bakery on Male. We sampled three cakes all of which were excellent. A lovely sponge/ Madeira, a chocolate biscuit cake and a superb and intense cinnamon roll. Suzy couldn't have been more friendly and we had a good natter. Well recommended

Ordered brownies from there, was a much needed fresh desert that we really needed. The lady there is nice, we actually asked her if she is Suzy, but appears the owner moved to Hulhumale

Great sweet treats

Visited here recently whilst on holiday with my sister- ordered the brownie and the cream doughnut, it was very delicious. There was a big selection of treats snd savouries - was hard to decide what to get! Would recommend!

Place to satisfy need of snacking

Very compact shop with limited available foods but tastewise they were very good and reasonable in price. We visited in the evening for snacks and dined in.
