Fantastic stop on the way through the caves. Good veggie and vegan food as well as standard cafe fare. Pleasant staff and an art gallery for retail therapy. I ordered the vegetarian red burger, mistakenly calling it vegan, the staff asked if I was vegan to which I grandly exclaimed oh yeah! She then said it had aioli to shirk... More

Based on the reviews from Trip Advisor we decided to spend our last lunch in Margaret River and go for a drive to Cafe Boranup. Sadly we were misled by the reviews! We ordered and I was a bit apprensive as the waitress at the counter was half asleep and the kitchen did not look very clean. I then ordered... More

Hello Darian. I feel disappointed you did not let us know at the time you did not like your meal, so that we could rectify the situation at the time. We were, as usual, busy over the weekend, and yes we clean our kitchen well at the end of each day. It is a small and busy environment, and we... More

Beautiful setting in the forest. The food and service is exemplary. Great place to experience a meal in n a natural bush setting with lots of bird life flitting about.

Nice surroundings, nice coffee, but thought the pie, mash and salad at $27 was a bit much. But....it sells. The best part was the Boranup Gallery next door. Not a joint business. The Gallery was wonderful. Great art, craft and amazing wood creations.

Thanks for your review. I understand that we have fair prices considering our distance from other services such as supplies from town. Yes, there are other businesses in similar circumstances, but down here, the prices are similar. I can assure you this is a small business owned by a couple, who aim to use quality foods with the best farming... More

This is a must-do when in the south-west. Unfortunately, wine is not available, but one can BYO. Great selection of food, friendly staff and beautiful location in the bush. Also a very big and interesting shop next door of local art of all types.

Took the time to turn off the main drag and found a great place for lunch. The menu range was great and what we ordered was well executed. Great setting even if the local birdlife wouldn't sit still long enough for a photo. The adjacent gallery is also well worth a look.

Thank you! Mel, Shane and I had an 'extra-great' day at work yesterday with loads of great people coming in through the doors. It can take a fair while to get 'that shot' of the wrens - they are super busy little guys. Just when you think they are still, off the dart. PS Rastus- Love the name - it... More

As my title might suggest this place is pretty awesome. Cafe boranup is located right next to the gallery off the iconic caves road and serves up a nice range of cafe-style meals, delicious breakfast and excellent coffee (what more do you need if you've been out with the kids, or in need of a caffeine punch after windy night... Thanks Wolfgang L! There is some seriously uninviting camping weather coming this week, and we are BYO, so feel free to bring a little tipple to add to your coffee next time! ;) You won't be the first, and probably not the last. Thanks for relaxing with us. More

Can't believe that someone can make an egg on toast with bacon sooo nice. This kitchen is quality, good for them considering they are so tucked away. Five stars chef, keep up the good work!

Thanks so much for your review! The bacon is from our local butcher, it's the best I know of. And the eggs are free range so I guess that helps! Breakfast is an important meal of the day - it's gotta be great! More

Another great visit to one of our favourites! Very enjoyable & seriously yummy brunch with friends after a hard ride on the forrest trails, can't be beaten 😊 They are also now serving my fave Turmeric latte with almond milk which was delicious, they also do a beetroot latte with coconut milk which is nice too, give them a try....
