If you stay overnight you will find that the rooms are very basic on the level that you would expect from a three star country inn. But the food is actually very very good. Select some of the local dishes like venison or reed deer and you will be surprised to find yourself eating food that belongs in much more... More

We ordered the housewine and to be sure we got a good steak, I asked if we could change the offered menu into tournedos. And pay the difference. That was fine. We took a sip of the wine and again. It was simply undrinkable. There is a saying that a restaurant is as good as the housewine and that fits... More

We been here quite a few times, both alone and with kids. The staff issuper friendly, the food is great. The bixemad is worth a try. Kids menu comes with dessert. Prices are okay, some a bit high, but the quality is also very high.

This is your classic Danish inn serving excellent food. Nice setting and lots of atmosphere. The wine list is not comprehensive but fully acceptable. My tip: Try the deer steak (if available at the time). Or try the classic Danish sunday lunch.

Old historic inn with great atmosphere and a wonderful chef! He knows how to cook any vegetable so it still has a bite without being raw - a real artist!
