On our way to Seaton with nowhere planned for lunch and this looked like a pleasant place to stop. Good sized car park. Staff were welcoming and quickly showed us to a table. Good menu with 'specials' including local seafood. Overall a relaxed meal in...More

This is a main stop for coach company who offer day trips to gardens etc. Stopped off for a comfort break on our way to Devon. Enjoyed tea / coffee and scones - plenty of butter, jam and cream with top-up of drinks. Very nice...More

My wife and I entertained our grandson and his partner for lunch last Sunday. The food was alright, but not outstanding. The meat was fine but there weren't too many vegetables, no crackling with the pork, and no gravy in addition to that which came...More

Very friendly pub! The menu is small apart from the special board. Their curry night is good but they seem to sell out of the popular ones and the alternatives are not so good. Only go there because they're open when others are not, but...More

Very busy in season but now children back at school much quieter. Very helpful friendly service. Not meant to be a criticism but not an extensive menu which is a good thing but many interesting choices. Great beer battered fish. Good size portions.
