At first, we were taken by the ambiance. However, soon it kinda of felt like a resort restaurant (which I suppose it is in some way). My food was just OK and nothing compared to what we have eaten elsewhere around town. I don't think I would go back but its not terrible. We just think you can do much... More

Being a guest at the resort, the 4 of us have dined here multiple times. Every dish we tried was nice and with proper care. People are very friendly and the food tastes really nice. Also, they have multiple day specialties which are also recommend. Can't go wrong.

We stayed at Alisei and absolutely loved the food at Baraonda. OVer 10 days, we ended up eating at least 6 dinners in the restaurant, and each one was delicious. From fresh seafood, to pasta, to salads - even ceviche, everything was consistently fresh and delicious. We tried several other restaurants in Las Terrenas, but we agreed that Baraonda was... More

Nice menu with a lot of fresh fish, also good for meat, pasta etc. We had a special of the day and it had some nice extraordinary combinations. It tends to fine dining for a very good price. Very good value for money in a pleasant atmosphere!

The prices were a little more expensive than other places around but it was clean and safe for me, needing GF food, and the fish was cooked to perfection. The whole red snapper is phenomenal.

A restaurant located at 50 meters from the beach in Hotel area. Food is just average and service a slow. Nice interior decoration but has to improve on the service and the quality of the food.
