We decided to have a nice dinner and thought we would check out Tides. Not sure if we got them on a bad day(not very busy, 2 other couples) but everything was pretty much woeful. We started off with a few small plates. We started with the Toasted mini turkish bread with smoked eggplant dip. The Turkish bread was pretty... More

Wow, this is really one of the best locally kept secrets. The food in here is sensational. Staff are super friendly and the views are out of this world. A great place for a special dinner when in Airlie

The atmosphere her is lovely, the place is decorated with fair lights and has a wonderful view of the ocean. However the food was only OK. It isn't as higher quality as you would expect for the prices and quality of the hotel. However, we had a very enjoyable evening and the service was good.

A great way to start each day. Amazing view from every table (especially upfront), great service and it seems same staff day in / day out which is a great way for staff to build a rapport with their guests. The buffet changed slightly each day mainly a change up in hot dishes (mushrooms, baked beans, spaghetti, savoury mince) which... More

A group of us had a Christmas get together here. The restaurant is in a beautiful spot with amazing views in an open air setting. Our waiter was a little slow to organise drinks when we first arrived although he had a good sense of humour to deal with our constantly changing food orders. Beautiful food, tastefully presented. The Mango... More
