My husband and I popped in for brunch. I had mushroom cheese and sun-dried tomatoes focasia. My husband had scrambled eggs. Really nice cafe and owners. Fantastic music.

He's a perfectionist when it comes to curried scallop pies. His eggs with smoked salmon and bernaise are great too. The kitsch fitout is weird and speaks volumes about the dorky but dedicated owner. Working everyday with his mother must be damn hard work!
Arrived in Queenstown, via the SCARIEST road! Drizzly wet day, could not resist a deep dish pie, it was the best and I have eaten a few pies! Coffee was good too.
