We Yum Cha regularly at many restaurants and the Great century is one of the best in Sydney. Their dishes are flavoursome and fresh and at very reasonable prices. The staff are wonderful, professional and friendly. They have 2 levels which means you don't have to wait long for a table.Well worth a visit.

The food was way overprized, the waiter told us that the portions were smaller than they actually were (in that way we bought more), the service was nice but the waiter rarely left the table, which was just too much and the food was not very interesting and tasty. Also you had to pay 4$ for tipping when using card,... More

I love going to have yum cha here. The portions are generous & it's well priced. The service is really good for a yum cha restaurant.

Went there with my family, there is an extremely happy vibe going around the restaurant and the food is great. The waiters and waitresses maybe a bit loud but as I am from a Chinese background I believe it is truly experiencing a traditional Chinese restaurant. Overall it is a great Chinese restaurant!!

I'm a frequent every week and it has become a family favourite! Delicious fluffy pork buns, and hot egg tarts are some of my favourites. All their flavours are very well balanced. Some tastes are more unique, but they definitely do serve up some tasty dishes! The staff have come to know my family and are very welcoming and warm... More

Bankstown is a terrific location for authentic Asian food and Great centuary is no exception. We have tried Yum Cha all over Sydeny, Haymarket, Chatswood, Hurstville and this place beats the lot for freshness and flavour. They have the friendliest staff by far and it is less expensive that most of the more better known spots closer to the city.... More

This used to be good but recently last 3 times we ate here, The service has been short of appalling. Waited 20 Minutes before a waiter asked us if we wanted drinks. Food is average. The trays of the yum cha would not go to the last 3 tables. Does not pay attention to detail. Waited for a certain dish... More

We have been going to great century for many many years and the food gor lunc or dinner is exceptional with traditional flavours. But its the yum cha that keeps us coming back with a great selection, authentic styles and friendly staff. Try the dumplings, in delicately thin pastry, the stuffed eggplant and the salt&pepper calamari. Washed diwn with piping... More
