That's right I searched the whole block and no one except Seahorse Seafood and Italian Restaurant had Gnocchi and traditional meatballs on there menu. So I mixed it up and put them together it was delicious !!! Took about 15mins Take away and prices were reasonable. Restaurant was full with couples and small groups. I'll be back to dine and... My wife & I have been to Seahorse, maybe seven or eight times. This is a good value for money restaurant. Not over fancy, & priced accordingly. The wine prices are not loaded up too much either. I looked at other "picky" reviews & wonder what they have to complain about. My wife is an excellent cook & if anything... More

Wanting to grab a feed before the movies at the Ritz thought I'd try a different place, because The Spot has some excellent places to eat. Service was quick which suited my circumstances, and the Risotto Funghi was OK. What really annoyed me though was the always pricey glass of Pinot Noir - well we always pay top dollar in... More

Owner trying hard, but can't find good wait staff. The fish we ordered was not available, although it was the special of the day. We got another fish, which was quite nice.

A very disappointing evening. While the garlic and anchovy bread and the salad was a promising start, the pasta and seafood main courses were a stodgy flavourless lump as was the flathead fillets which were so small they looked like sardines. The service was abysmal - all the wait-staff were surly and appeared very stressed. We waited over an hour... More

Several of us chose to eat here following a meeting. The service was great. We decided on our food and almost everything had a comment from the waitstaff that noted ingredients were not available tonight. Even what was served was lackluster. The noise level made it hard to converse with anyone except the person sitting next to you. They will... More

The food was delicious both times I went. I love their house salad and garlic bread too. The service is superb. Super friendly and attentive. Food comes out quick. Real Italians cooking and serving Italian food. Very cosy, warm atmosphere. Walls covered with old photographs of the local area. Byo or order from menu. Definitely worth a try!

Seahorse serves quality food for a very fair price. They also have a kids menu that comes with a drink and ice-cream. I go there for the home-made pasta, it is divine and it melts in my mouth. I took my Mum and my 10 year old daughter and it cost me a very affordable $67.00.QUALITY FOOD at very good... More

I have eaten in Seahorse a number of times and always had a good experience. The food is always excellent and the service is generally efficient and cheerful. This Saturday the food was its usual high standard but as the evening wore on and the restaurant became busy it was apparent that the staff numbers were insufficient for the number... More

Description
Seahorse Restaurant brings a fresh taste of authentic Italian and seafood cuisine to the table. Seahorse, situated in the popular dining precinct "The Spot" in Randwick, provides an extensive and varied menu to please all tastes and grace all occasions, whether you are looking for an intimate dinner for two, or for a group celebration. As a boy in Italy, the Principal Chef and owner, Pasquale, soon acquired and favoured the niceties of authentic Italian cuisine, as practised and perfected by his Mamma. This interest turned into a passion leading to the success of Seahorse Restaurant. Pasquale strives to present his patrons with the highest quality: pasta is made daily, fish is always perfectly fresh, veal is exquisitely flavoured, the Tiramisu is delicately balanced. A friendly and efficient staff, under the direction of Manager Karen, offers you the perfect combination of ingredients and skills as a memorable dining experience. We look forward to welcoming and tempting you with our mouth-watering menu.
