15 friends gathered at Hybla for a traveller's reunion. The service we received was friendly, efficient and welcoming. Everyone happy with the food selection and clean plates at the end indicated quality! Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hybla!

We had the Sunday Roast at Hybla today, 19th February. It was excellent and far exceeded our expectations - a very generous portion of tender beef, beautifully cooked vegetables and a superb Yorkshire pudding accompanied by horseradish sauce and gravy. Great value! The service was...very good and MJ, who manages the establishment with her husband, is delightful. Highly recommended - we’ve made another booking for next Sunday!More

Usually a great nite out. The starters were great…..spring rolls and meat balls - fantastic, husbands fish and chips were very good. However the pork ribs not so much. For $47 you would expect them to be good or at least average. Not the case,...probably pre cooked a day before, only slightly warm- cold in the middle and barely any meat on the bones…definitely not worth the money. When plates were collected and I was asked if I wanted to take away the left overs, which was nearly 1/2 of the ribs. I declined and said why, all I got was a shrug of his shoulders. Not going back in a hurryMore

Busy restaurant overlooking Middleton Beach. We reserved a table upstairs on NYE. Given the busy nature of this night, we were delighted with our meals. The cheeseburger was delicious, the parmigiana excellent. My kids enjoyed the bangers and mash which is served with peas and...a little gravy boat. Very clever so as to avoid over saucing! You can order by QR code or at the bar. I did go to the bar and the staff were lovely despite being challenged by huge drink orders. Magnificent location and definitely worth another visit if only so I can try that amazing looking curry that cruised by our table!More

Husband and I visited Hybla, busy place this time of year be sure to book! Not sure if more locals or visitors but plenty of tables booked. My husband had steak with added prawns I think for $6? Extra 3 x small prawns was a...bit average with 2 small pieces of steak. However the steak tasted amazing. Cooked medium was perfect. I had the Guiness pie as I decided I need to find the best one in Albany and this has won that in my books. Swapped the mash for chips and was tasty 😊More

We visited this place based on some of the reviews and not really knowing the town well enough to make lots of choices. It was full noisy. We were greeted by a maitred and shown to table. Order at the bar. Looked like there were...some newbies behind the bar struggling a bit. Maitred could have jumped in and helped out rather than going to tables talking to people. Entree was generous and nice serve if squid. Main meals diff story. Gigantic schnitzels and Parma’s with loads of chips and a small bowl of coleslaw with no dressing. Schnitz don’t need to be that big and do not need loads of chips to make it look like value for money. Cut down the meat size cut down the amount of chips and pump up the salad with dressing. All this is served on an undersized plate so the moment you cut the food the chips spill onto the table. I’m not eating off the table. Few adjustments will make it great againMore

I’ve always driven past over the years visits to Albany but never stopped in, but luckily for me we decided on a spur of the moment to stop in for a sunny Saturday lunch. Perfect out on the deck with the winter sunshine and pints...watching the world go by. Beef schnitzel parmi, steak sandwhich and spicy squid entrée were all amazing and combined with the pints made us feel like sleepy happy lizards in the sun. Excellent customer service too. Hybla is definitely on the list for the next visit!More

This is in a great location and really close to where we were staying at Big 4 Middleton Beach. The kids' menu was good, offering a mocktail for an additional $2, which our girls enjoyed. We had a tasting plate that lacked seasoning but was...fine. The venue and atmosphere was nice, I am glad we booked as it seemed buys (Saturday evening). The only thing that wasn't very welcoming was being told when we sat down that we would have to leave by 7.30 pm for the next reservation. Again, understanding that they are busy, but it was just the way it was conveyed, as I say just didn't feel very welcoming.More

This restaurant is situated in a beautiful terraced style building overlooking Middleton Beach. The service is wonderful. You can tell that the manager enjoys conversing with customers. The salmon with vegetables I had was perfect. The wines on offer were great as well.

Thursday evening meal. Veal schnitzel inedible as unable to cut even with steak knife. If your kitchen is so overwhelmed by the volume of orders then you should stop taking orders rather than serve rubbish food.

Excellent Service, staff members all super friendly. Chatty. Couldn’t do enough for us. Sorted a table as we arrived early, moved to our table in window once became available. Food was pretty good, drinks reasonable prices for regional Australia. All in all, a good night.
