Good value restaurant is an old Queenslander style house. The calimari, seafood pasta and fish & chips were fresh and flavoursome. The pub style bar is a bonus.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local and we had a great time. It is kind of hidden on the top of a heel, but as soon as you arrive you can feel a great atmosphere. A mix of locals and turists (they have an hostel there). The food is good, we tried the tacos and the calamares.... More

Visited this restaurant twice on our stay at Noosa. Great outdoor area and friendly feel. Suitable for families as the outdoor area is open and kid friendly. Everyone was happy with their meals and the prices were reasonable. Would recommend this restaurant

This is a secret treasure of Noosa.. out of towners don't realise how beautiful it is and it is right next to Hastings st.... it has a great relaxed vibe and it isn't all young back packers.. we were the young ones in our 30's.. the average age was 60 when we were there... they serve great food and drinks... One of the oldest buildings in Noosa,it is run principally as a Backpackers Consequently,in the restaurant, most of the waiters and kitchen staff are young travellers and their enthusiasm and energy are a highlight of the place Food is good quality and decent helpings. Outside ambiance with lamps is terrific Great place to find the locals

I first met the current owner many years ago when he was a lawyer in Noosa but since he gave all that up to take over Halse Lodge he has probably become the happiest man in Noosa and this infectious attitude is reflected in the ambience and service found throughout the establishment. Furthermore, when you are sitting in the garden... More

We have been coming to Noosa for 30 years and never been to Halse Lodge before. The building is beautiful and the tables outside perfect for drinks and a casual dinner with children, with water dragons coming to visit us while we sat there. Also it is away from the hustle and bustle and noise of Hastings Street. The food... More

We had our x-mas eve dinner after a 24hr travel from europe. Dinner at Halse lodge was so relaxed, nice food and christmas carols from the youth string quartet. This was the best evening in a long time with our family. Thank you..
