We went to Bistro C to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere and layout is modern and invited a good experience. When seated we received a menu with a large smear of food stuck to it, not great. Unfortunately, our waiter, although friendly, was so poorly prepared he couldn't explain the specials, had no idea about the menu and forgot... More

We walked in on a Saturday night and the place was packed. Recommend booking. Ambiance was lovely, however it was steaming, so warm it was a little uncomfortable even with the fans on, not sure there was aircon. The wine list was good, I had the Yering Station Cab Merlot. We had their famous calamari as a starter, along with... More

NOOSA has many restaurants, the choice is amazing. Many are ok but not somewhere you would rush back to. Bistro C is the opposite, I found it difficult to go anywhere else. Well done.

My husband and I love sitting at Bistro C and soaking up the view. There is just something about having a meal overlooking the ocean that is soothing for the soul. This visit we went to Bistro C for breakfast twice and both times snagged a table right up the front. We both liked the smooth coffee and the food... More

I sat outside facing the ocean with my toes a stone throw away from the beach . I had the Spanish sea food dish which was delicious . Followed by the beetroot brownie and vanilla ice cream. By this stage I thought I was in heaven . Great service and amazing food

We had a very enjoyable and good value dinner here, due to portion size we only had a main course, the special was whole baby snapper which was crispy fried and very tasty, served with rice and a light salad. Our other main was a seafood spaghetti dish which contained moreton bay bugs, mussels, prawns plus other seafood and spaghetti -... The beachfront location is classic Noosa glam! Very chic decor, every seat for lunch taken by 12.30pm. We had the calamari, the pulled pork burger and the seafood paella. All very well done and tasty. The only thing lacking for me was warm service. The waiters did their job but with no real warmth or charm.

Back for our umpteenth meal after many years of visiting Noosa and happy to say that all is as good as ever. Excellent attentive service despite how busy they get, great food with a good range of lighter items and more filling options, and of course, fantastic views. Thoroughly recommended, as always!

Bistro C has been visited many times but this was the first time for breakfast..... usual busy atmosphere and seem to have a few 'amateur' staff members on but they barely interfered with the general goings on. Sorted a table cos no bookings at brekky but got a good one anyway. A little expensive at $23 for poached eggs and... More

Gosh the food was so nice, service was excellent. The children portions are very generous which is great for that 10-12 age range.

It is disappointing to read this review and realise what a vast contrast in service we experienced last Sunday for lunch at Bistro C. We made the reservation as soon as we arrived on Wednesday 8/7 for Sunday lunch 1:30pm and at this stage there were on 3 names in the book. I requested a nice table at the front with a view which was noted. We arrived on the Sunday and was greeted by a waiter with blonde hair, he took us to our table bypassing the bar to check with a female Manager where it was best to seat myself, my mother and 6 year old daughter. In their table number code it sounded like they were trying to see if they could get away with a very basic table, some four rows back from the view. He pointed to the average table but I noticed two spare tables on the front window and I said, we did request a window table, so he lifted the menus and showed us to a better table in the front right corner. Awkward start. Then we had a waitress who took our orders but never returned to top up our wine or refill our water the whole time. I ordered the hot pan Asian Seafood main and it was placed on a table board opposite my chair at the spare seat, with a random waitress delivering it and saying, please be careful it's hot. So my mother had to lift awkwardly a heavy cast iron pan in a strange angle, while I grabbed the board to my side of the table. We finished our meals which were very good but had to endure another 25 mins of dirty plates in front of us before we were asked if we wanted dessert. We actually were planning on having desserts but were so disappointed with everything that we decided we would go elsewhere in Hastings Street for dessert. So we asked for the bill and it arrived abruptly on the corner of our table with no eye contact as she filled water glasses at the table to our left. We just couldn't believe the second class service. We were really looking forward to it but wished we had booked Sails instead for our last meal in a Noosa. Berardo's on the beach dinner the night before was so much better. Royal Service pffft not for us. I think the place is too big for it's boots now! The staff need to get over themselves. Bistro F.
